It is important to visually check the pallet truck prior to loading any resources and to make sure the handles move effortlessly, the pallet truck turns properly, and the lift is clear of any potential obstructions. Inspect the freight to make certain that there will be negligible opportunities for anything to drop off in the course of lifting and moving. Release any air in the pump and lower the forks to the floor by squeezing the lever installed on the inside of the metal loop on the end of the handle. Run the blades into the slots in the pallet and ensure the forks are centered so that the pallets' weight is evenly dispersed.

By pumping the pneumatic lift handle the blades will ascend from the ground. Once there is full clearance, you can stop pumping as there is no need to elevate the lift to any further extent. To move the pallet jack, you can pull the handle behind you. It is not recommended to push the pallet truck. There will be a large amount of momentum present. Refrain from quick or sharp turns and don't stop too suddenly. Gently bring the pallet to a rest where you would like to park it. Squeeze the lever inside the handle end to restore the forks to the floor. Extract the forks from the pallet and return the pallet lift to its specified parking spot.
